Not everyone provides proof of citizenship. There is a process called vouching. This case would probably fall under that process. The Teacher could have vouched for the people he was bringing in. So this would not be a conspiracy theory. I am a head election Judge and just because your husband is an election judge means nothing. He could be the one that hands out the I Voted sticker? Yes I know what vouching is. When a person vouches for another they are taking an oath under penalty of perjury . They could go to jail if they are lying. And my husband did not just hand out stickers. It is sad you feel the need to belittle me.
